  • Understand how to sew facings, hems, and other edge finishings.
  • Sew better fitting garments.

KIDS Group Sewing Class 
After-school sewing classes run every 6 weeks from September to May. Our classes are small, so please register early to avoid disappointment!  

Group Lessons for Kids (ages 7-17) Classes meet once a week for 6 weeks from 4pm-6pm

Sew Fun 4 Kids™  Summer Sewing Workshops

Future seamstresses & fashion designers — experience summer sewing at Create!® Sewing Studio and learn sewing skills in a relaxed extended time period.

Workshops meet for 4 days, Monday — Thursday, from 9am-1pm. NOTE: Weeks 2 & 3 meet Monday — Friday with no class on Wednesday.

In one workshop session children receive the same amount of instruction as in 8 weeks during the school year! Sew Fun 4 Kids™ Summer Sewing Workshop cost: $240.

Beginner to Advanced Private Series 6 hours private instruction. Cost: $245. Note: Personalized tutorial on operation of your own sewing machine: 1 hr. added to series for additional fee of $40. NOTE: To sign up for private series including sewing machine tutorial, please select “Premium Private Instruction Including Sewing Machine Tour” on registration page.

Beginner to Advanced Semi-Private Series 7.5 hours semi-private instruction. $230. per person.

Beginner Parent & Young Child Series 6 hours private instruction for you & your young child age 5-7. Parent & child work together on one sewing project for child. Parent learns for free as child’s helper. Priced for 1 person’s project only. $245.

Beginner Parent & Child Series 7.5 hours private instruction for you & your child age 7 & up. Parent & child each work on their own sewing project. Priced for 2 people’s projects. $460.
