• Choose the right interfacing and use it effectively.
• Understand how to sew facings, hems, and other edge finishings.
• Sew better fitting garments.

KIDS Learn to Sew: Group Sewing Lessons for Kids (ages 7-17) 

After-school sewing classes run every 6 weeks from September to June.  All Group Sewing Classes for Kids meet once a week for 6 weeks. Cost: $209. NOTE: Price includes use of our brand new sewing machines, patterns, and all sewing notions. All you bring is fabric, thread and scissors!
Our classes are small, so please  REGISTER  early to avoid disappointment!

After-school sewing classes are now open for registration for fall 2013.

ADULT Group Classes

Late Spring 2013 (Rolling Admission)

Adult sewing classes run every 4 weeks from mid-September to mid-June.  

ADULT Morning Class
4-wk. sessions. Wednesdays: 10:00 to 11:30pm. All levels, beginner to advanced.
Adult Group Class Cost: $125. (Price discounted to $120 through June 20, 2013.)

ADULT Evening Class
4-wk. sessions. Thursdays: 7:00 to 8:30pm. All levels, beginner to advanced.
Adult Group Class Cost: $125. (Price discounted to $120 through June 20, 2013.)

 

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION: ADULTS-TEENS-CHILDREN

Private Sewing Instruction Private & Semi-private sewing instruction scheduled at your convenience Monday through Saturday from mid-September to mid- June. Weekday afternoons from mid-June to mid-August. Email rebecca@createsew.com or call Rebecca (508) 320-5475 with any questions. 

Beginner Private Series 6 hours private instruction. Cost: $270. Note: Personalized tutorial on operation of your own sewing machine: 1 hr. added to series for additional fee of $45. NOTE: To sign up for private series including sewing machine tutorial, please select “Premium Private Instruction Including Sewing Machine Tour” on registration page. 

Beginner Semi-Private Series 6 hours semi-private instruction. Cost: $180. (per person).  Students must arrange own semi-private partner. Additional fee of $45./per sewing machine for personalized tutorial on operation of your own sewing machines.

Beginner Parent & Child Series 6 hours private instruction for you & your child (One adult plus one child through teen ages 5 – 17).  Cost: $360.

*Note: Additional Private lessons: $45./hr. Semi-private: $30./hr. per student. Special fitting issues take time and are scheduled by the hour for $45./hr.
